Faceless video

Also called: faceless content, no-face video

Short-form video that doesn't show the creator — narration or text over stock footage or gameplay.

Faceless video is content made without showing the creator on camera: voiceover or text-to-speech over b-roll, gameplay, or stock footage, with kinetic captions carrying the message. It removes the biggest barrier to starting — being on camera — and is highly automatable.

The format powers entire niches: motivational edits, story-time, fact channels, and curated commentary. Because it is built from narration plus footage, it can be produced and scaled almost entirely with software.
