For True Crime Channels

True crime shorts
narrated for you

True crime is a research job with a recording tax on the end of it. Write the case up — or draft it in the box and edit — and Nova reads it over looping footage with captions timed to the narration. The research stays yours; the studio work disappears.

A real Nova shortAn 80-word script in, this out — AI voice, word-timed captions, background footage. About two minutes.

Your words, exactly

Nova narrates what you approve and nothing else. For a genre where a careless sentence is a real problem, that matters more than automation.

Serialise long cases

5,000 characters a render suits a part-one/part-two structure, which is how the format performs best anyway.

Finished, not a draft

Vertical, captioned, background footage in place — a file ready to post rather than an export you still have to edit.

From script to posted in three steps

1.Write the script

Type or paste the words you want spoken — or give Nova the idea and it writes them for you.

2.Nova performs it

An AI voice reads it over looping background footage, with kinetic captions burned in and timed to every word.

3.Download & post

A finished 9:16 short, ready for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. No camera, no footage.

Questions? Answers.

Can I make true crime videos without showing my face?

Yes. You supply the write-up, Nova supplies the AI voiceover, looping footage and word-timed captions.

Does Nova research the case?

No. It narrates what you give it. Accuracy and sourcing are yours — in this genre that is the right division of labour.

Is it free?

Your first faceless short is free — no card. Nova gives every new account one full faceless render so you can judge the voice, the captions and the finished video before paying for anything. After that, shorts come in one-time packs from $0.99 with no subscription, or a monthly plan from $15 gives you up to 300 a month.
